Payment

We accept the following payment methods VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bitcoin, iDEAL & Bancontact. We don't accept DANKORT. When paying by credit card, your card will be charged the day your order is dispatched.

All prices are inclusive VAT.

Delivery (within EU only)

   Delivery within 2-6 working days
   Shipping costs for EU ZONE 1 are 7,90 EUR
   Shipping costs for EU ZONE 2 are 12,90 EUR
   
   
3. Outside EU
   We don't deliver to countries outside the EU at this point of time

Cancellation

We may cancel any order. For example, if a product is no longer available. We will notify you, if we have to cancel your order.

Return & Exchange

You have the right to return or exchange any purchased item for any reason within 30 days upon the delivery date. The cost of returning an item to us is your own responsibility. We recommend to use a traceable shipping method. In case of an exchange, we will send the new item for free.

 

All returned items must be unused and in original condition.

1. If you want to return a product for refund, please include the return/exchange form we add to your shipment or download it here. After receiving the goods, we will make a *refund within 2-7 business days to the bank account used when placing the order.
   
   
2. If you want to return a product for exchange, please include the return/exchange form we add to your shipment or download it here. After receiving the goods, we will send you the new item for free.
